Dragontailz was formed in 2002 with the single purpose of providing the highest quality BDSM items to those who seek only the best. The owner of Dragontailz, Master Z, began his journey to become a self taught leather smith in 1996. His crafting background began many years before as the owner of a hobby and craft shop for 10 years. Using this craft background, learning leather craft seemed to be an easy transition. Master Z knew he did not want to learn from others as this may restrict his creativity. Being self taught his imagination was free to develop innovative ways of constructing his items. This innovation of design gave way to develop new ways of constructing quality BDSM items. This also opened up new ideas of how to refine items currently available on the market. With innovation, free thinking, spirit of not accepting defeat and viewing these as new opportunities, Master Z charged ahead to create items slightly different from the norm.

By making innovation and quality the cornerstones of our company, we at Dragontailz are able to offer a lifetime warranty on Dragontailz manufactured items. This limited warranty is offered as a result of our constant testing of our products in real life situations. Using our products on an almost daily basis and testing them over ten years has proven that the only product failure we have experienced has been the failure of some metal components or rivets. So it is with confidence that we offer our customers our lifetime warranty. If one of our Dragontailz items fails under normal use, we will replace or repair the item at no charge. The customer need only pay the shipping charge to return the item to Dragontailz.

All other items sold that do not carry the Dragontailz name or Dragon jewelry is not covered by the Dragontailz lifetime warranty. These items carry a 60 day manufacturer’s warranty for replacement or repair.
